Web1 review US Feb 21, 2024 Never order a Helgray watch! I ordered the helgray hornet. The red bezel knob fell off within two and a half months of receiving it. That wasn't what angered me. I sent their customer service an email. Not for a replacement watch....just the knob. No response except for an automated email saying they received the complaint. WebI liked the watch when received in May 2024. Six months later it stopped working. I took to jeweler in case it was a bad battery. He says its the motor and would be about $70 to fix. It is under warranty and I have tried to contact Helgray with no response.
