It results in a synergistic sequence of two-buttons-based playstyle. Lightning Conduit deals more damage per effect of Shock on its target. WebWith the large buff to Orb of Storms damage, on top of other self-casting buffs, OoS might be a really decent way to amplify single-target damage, or even to clear if you don't mind a two-button build (despite the # of splits nerf). The way to maximize OoS is going to be to maximize the rate at which you trigger by casting a lightning spell/skill.

I tested this and confirmed that they are right.
